He arrives wearing a race bib, and the encouragement is not exactly gentle. Faster. Upstairs. Keep going. Each attempt to point something out meets another demand to hurry. If you have ever tried to understand an entire home while flicking through your phone, the joke probably feels familiar.

Then, about 27 seconds in, the film changes pace. The rush stops. Tim gets to make the point the opening has been setting up: this home deserves more than a sprint past its renovations. The seven-second challenge was the hook, not a claim that anyone could give the property a proper tour in seven seconds.

The living room is a good place to start. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace gives it a proper focal point, with a large window beside it and refreshed flooring underfoot. There is character here as well as a clean finish. You do not have to imagine an entire renovation before picturing your sofa in the room.

Together, those improvements give the next household something more useful than a long list of immediate decorating jobs.
